Discipline and Consistency – Your Best Friend

Take a second to think about your main goal in life at the moment, whether it be your career, relationship, fitness or health. Now imagine that for 1 year,  you spend 30 Mins – 1 Hour everyday working towards that goal.

By the end of the year, you would have spent 182.5 – 365 Hours working towards your goal, and as im sure you can also imagine, you would have made massive progress if not achieved your goal by this point.

You have probably already heard, we are capable of doing anything we set our minds to, but  we can’t just simply set our minds to something for one week and expect miracles to happen. The key to any success, is discipline and consistency.

Work towards your main goal, every single day, and document the actions and progress you make, everyday. This will ensure that you spend your time productively, as writing down your progress will make you aware if you are in fact progressing or just wasting time thinking that you are progressing.

If you miss a day, don’t throw the towel in, we are creatures of habit, and creating a new habit like learning discipline and consistency takes time. As long as you continuously re set your mind and give it another ago, everyday, you will get there.

You can achieve anything you desire, work towards it everyday, and it is inevitable, that you will reach your goal.
